Since the 1980’s, when our undertakings started from a small workshop to produce low-voltage apparatus, we have been specialized in electric industry and gradually grew into a leading enterprise in industrial electrical equipment field in China. In 2006, Chint moved into solar energy, and constructed dozens of large ground grid-connected PV power plants and roof-type distributed PV power plants across the world, and thus became the largest PV plant investor among Chinese private enterprises.

For nearly 30 years, we have always been insisting on the operation philosophy of “Create values for customers, seek development for employees, and assume responsibility for the society”, complying with the principle of “People oriented, credit based, values shared”, and striving to establish a win-win partnership with our suppliers, distributors ,customers and partners for common development. In this way, we have finally earned wide respect and long-term trust of our employees, customers, partners and competitors which enabled Chint’s leading position in the industrial electrical equipment and clean energy field.

Nowadays, science and technology are under rapid development and the energy optimization has become an inevitable trend. 主席簡介 : 南存輝，男，漢族，1963年7月出生，浙江省溫州樂清市人，高級經濟師職稱。現任正泰集團股份有限公司董事長，全國政協常委，全國工商聯常委，浙江省工商聯主席。

1984年南存輝創辦正泰集團前身——求精開關廠，1991年成立中美合資溫州正泰電器有限公司，1994年成立低壓電器行業第一家企業集團，1995年被國家工商行政管理局核准為低壓電器行業首家無區域集團，2006年進入光伏新能源領域，2010年旗下子公司正泰電器在上海A股上市。多年來，他以技術創新為核心，以制度創新為保障，以管理創新為基礎，引領企業走出了一條獨具特色的創業創新之路。

目前，正泰集團已成為我國工業電器龍頭企業和新能源領軍企業。現有總資產達200多億元，在冊員工29000多人。產業涵蓋高低壓電器、輸配電設備、儀器儀錶、建築電器、汽車電器、工業自動化、光伏發電和高端裝備製造等。產品暢銷世界100多個國家和地區，並已進入歐洲、亞洲、中東和非洲等國際主配套市場。集團綜合實力名列中國民營企業500強前茅，納稅額連續多年位居溫州各類製造企業榜首。

在保證企業健康持續發展的同時，南存輝積極履行社會責任。在他的宣導和推動下，正泰先後出資設立“中國中學生正泰品學獎”、“浙江省貧困大學生正泰助學基金”，發起設立“樂清市民營企業扶貧濟困總會”、“中華紅絲帶基金會”等，並注資9000萬元成立了浙江省首家非公募基金會——正泰公益基金會。集團迄今先後為希望工程、扶貧濟困、抗洪搶險、抗震救災等各類社會公益事業捐款、捐物2億多元。

不凡的經歷和業績使南存輝成為業界公認的“中國新興民企代言人”，並被《中國青年》雜誌等列為“可能影響中國21世紀中國的100名青年人物”之一。他先後被授予“優秀中國特色社會主義建設者”、“CCTV2002中國經濟年度人物”、“第十一屆中國十大傑出青年”、“首屆中國優秀民營企業家”、“中國企業十大創業領袖”、“中國製造業十大創新人物”、“世界青年企業家傑出成就獎”、“中國青年企業家管理創新金獎”等榮譽。
